Terms of service

Sanave Tech operates this website and publishes mobile card and casual games. The games are provided for entertainment. They involve no gambling: nothing you win in a game can be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value.

Some games offer an optional account for online play. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and your display name must not impersonate others or contain abusive content. You can delete your account in-game or by emailing hello@sanavetech.com.

• Coins, chips, and other in-game items are a limited, revocable license to use features of the game — you don't own them.
• They have no real-world value, can't be transferred outside the game, and can't be redeemed for money.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store; refunds follow those stores' policies.
• If we discontinue a game, we'll give reasonable notice, but unused virtual items are not compensated.

Don’t:

• cheat — including bots, automation, exploiting bugs, or colluding in online matches;
• harass or abuse other players;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the games or the website;
• use the services if the law where you live doesn't allow you to.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where practical, we’ll say why.

The games, this website, and everything in them (except the traditional card and board games themselves, which belong to everyone) are owned by Sanave Tech or its licensors. These terms don’t transfer any of that to you.

The website and games are provided “as is.” We work to keep them available and correct but don’t promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the website or a free game is limited to USD 100, and for a paid purchase, to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Nepal — unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that can’t be overridden, in which case those rights stand.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes to the games’ terms will be announced in-game before they take effect.
