Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This policy covers the Sanave Tech website (https://www.sanavetech.com) and the mobile games published by Sanave Tech under its Sanave Games label. Each game also has its own shorter policy, linked from the products page, which describes exactly what that title uses.
The short version: the website collects almost nothing; the games use standard analytics and advertising SDKs from Google; we don’t sell personal data; and you can ask us to delete anything we hold by emailing hello@sanavetech.com.
Who we are
Sanave Tech, a software company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We build SaaS products and custom software for clients, and publish mobile games. For anything in this policy, contact hello@sanavetech.com.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form: the name, email address, optional budget range, and message you submit. Used only to reply to you.
- Spam protection: our contact and job-application forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction data to tell people from bots. Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging.
- No tracking: beyond the reCAPTCHA above, this website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
What our games collect
Our games (Marriage, Call Break, Ludo, Sudoku) may collect, depending on the title:
- Device information: model, operating system version, language, and screen size — used to make the game run correctly.
- Identifiers: an app-instance ID and, where advertising is enabled, the device advertising ID (which you can reset or limit in your device settings).
- Gameplay data: matches played, scores, progress, and settings — used for saving your game and improving balance.
- Crash data: stack traces and device state when the game crashes.
- Account data (optional): some titles offer an optional account for online play — a display name and a sign-in identifier. Titles that work without an account say so in their own policy.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or messages. Payments, where offered, are processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store — we never see card details.
Analytics and advertising SDKs
The games use these third-party SDKs from Google:
- Firebase Analytics — usage statistics. Firebase privacy documentation.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports.
- Google AdMob — advertising in free titles. AdMob data practices. Where consent is required (for example in the EEA and UK), the game shows a consent prompt before personalized ads are served, and you can choose non-personalized ads.
The website itself uses none of these. Each game’s own policy states which of these SDKs that title includes.
Children
Our games are designed for general audiences and are not directed to children. Where a game asks for an age, players under 13 (or the higher age their country requires) get a restricted experience: no personalized advertising and no online chat. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us personal data, email hello@sanavetech.com and we will delete it.
How long we keep data
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Analytics data: retained per Firebase's default retention (14 months for user-level data).
- Crash data: 90 days.
- Optional game accounts: until you delete the account in-game or ask us to.
Third parties we rely on
- Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, reCAPTCHA) — analytics, crash reporting, ads, distribution, and form spam protection.
- Apple (App Store) — distribution and payments on iOS.
- Vercel — hosting for this website.
- Amazon Web Services and Supabase — backend infrastructure for online play, where a title has it.
These providers process data in their own data centers, which may be outside your country, under their own safeguards. We don’t sell personal data to anyone.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@sanavetech.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also reset or limit your device’s advertising ID in Android or iOS settings, and withdraw ad-consent choices in-game. If you’re in the EEA or UK, you additionally have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, for material changes affecting the games, show a notice in-game.
