This policy covers the mobile game Ludo, published by Sanave Tech under its Sanave Games label. It is the game-specific version of the full Sanave Tech privacy policy, which also applies.

What this game collects

  • Device information: model, OS version, language, screen size.
  • Gameplay data: matches, scores, progress, and settings, so your game can be saved and kept fair.
  • Usage and crash data: via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (app-instance ID, events, stack traces).
  • Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit it in your device settings.

Ludo does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or messages. It does not require an account — you can play without signing in to anything. Payments, where offered, are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store.

Third-party SDKs in this game

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google) — privacy documentation.
  • Google AdMob data practices. Where required by law, the game asks for consent before showing personalized ads, and non-personalized ads are available.

Online play

In online matches, other players can see your in-game name and your moves. The in-game name is one you choose in the app; no account is attached to it. Match results may be stored on our servers to keep games fair and to resolve disputes.

Children

Ludo is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children. Players who identify as under 13 (or their country’s higher threshold) receive no personalized advertising and no access to chat features.

Your rights and contact

Data retention, your rights, and how to exercise them are described in the full privacy policy. For anything about Ludo specifically — including deletion requests — email hello@sanavetech.com.
